Property Management Services

Accounting

We provide complete reports including monthly statements and year-end consolidated tax statements in accordance with the Oregon and Washington Real Estate Agency regulations and IRS requirements.

Advertising

We advertise on a large number of popular internet websites.
Property information flyers are prepared in detail for each property.
Property Managers are available to show properties 7 days per week.

Tenant Screening

We provide a complete and comprehensive screening for every prospective tenant. The following items will be checked for each adult before qualifying:

Rental History
Income Verification
Eviction History
Criminal Background Check
Credit Check

Inspections

All properties are inspected on a regular basis. We complete a thorough check-list each time a tenant newly occupies or vacates a property. Inspections are also conducted if there are any unusual tenant repair issues, neighbor complaints, or irregularity in rent payment.

Repairs

We work with licensed, bonded, and insured contractors to provide our customers with the highest quality repairs and maintenance at the best price. Owners are consulted for all repairs if desired, or for repairs over a certain dollar amount.
